These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Rise T20 Cricket League website at riset20.com (the "Site"), operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Rise T20", "we", "us"), and your participation in player registration and trials. By using the Site or submitting a registration, you agree to these Terms.
Rise T20 is positioned as India's first open-trials franchise cricket league. Registration is open to all eligible players who meet any criteria we publish for the current season. We may, at our discretion, accept registrations outside a stated criterion; doing so does not guarantee selection or waive any other requirement.
Submitting the registration form does not guarantee a trial slot or selection to any squad. All information you submit must be accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or request re-verification of any registration that appears incomplete, duplicated, or fraudulent.
A registration fee may apply for the current season, displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) at the time of registration. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Your registration is treated as "submitted" on form completion and moves to "paid" only once payment is confirmed by Razorpay. If no fee applies for a given season, this section does not apply and no payment step will be shown.
Trial dates, cities, and venues are announced separately and are subject to change. Selection to any team squad is at the sole discretion of the league's selection committee and participating franchises, based on merit shown at trials. Registration or attendance at a trial does not guarantee squad selection, playing time, or any form of compensation.
Cricket is a physical sport carrying an inherent risk of injury. By registering and participating in trials, you confirm that you are medically fit to do so and voluntarily assume all risks of injury or loss associated with participation. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before undertaking physical trials.
Trials, matches, and related events may be photographed, filmed, or broadcast (including on television and OTT platforms). By participating, you consent to the use of your name, image, and performance footage for league promotion, broadcast, and media coverage, without further compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, attempt to interfere with its normal operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All league branding, logos, team names, and Site content are the property of [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or participation in trials, including loss arising from event postponement, cancellation, or change of venue.
We may suspend or terminate a registration at our discretion if these Terms are breached, without obligation to refund any fee already paid except as set out in our Refund Policy.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [ADDRESS — city/state].
