1. No-refund policy

The trial registration fee of ₹2,500 is non-refundable once paid. Under no circumstances will Rise T20 issue cash or credit refunds, including but not limited to:

• Non-selection from trials (selection is merit-based and not guaranteed by registration)
• Player withdrawal from the trials process
• Changes to event schedule, format, venue, or trial dates
• Event postponement, cancellation, or force majeure events
• Change of mind after successful registration
• Providing incorrect information that leads to disqualification
• Missing your assigned trial date or venue

2. Payment processing errors

In the rare event of a payment processing error (e.g., amount debited but registration not recorded, or duplicate charges), please contact us with your registration code (format RT20-XXXXXX) and transaction details. We will investigate and resolve genuine processing failures within 7 business days.
