• Cricket profile details — playing role, batting hand, bowling style, experience level, past teams or leagues, and your preferred trial city.

• Payment-related metadata (order ID, amount, payment status) for any registration fee. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials — these are handled entirely by our payment processor, Razorpay.
• Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically for security and analytics purposes.

2. How we use your information

• To process and evaluate your player registration.
• To contact you about trial dates, venues, selection outcomes, and league updates.
• To process registration fee payments and issue receipts.
• To generate your shareable registration card and registration code.

3. Payment processing

Registration fee payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Razorpay collects and processes your payment instrument details directly; we only receive confirmation of payment status (success, failure, or refund) and a transaction reference. 4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

• Razorpay, solely to process registration fee payments.
• Franchise teams and selection staff, for the limited purpose of trial shortlisting and squad selection.
• Service providers who host our infrastructure, send transactional email, or provide analytics — bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Law enforcement or regulators where required by applicable law.

5. Data retention

We retain registration data for as long as needed to run the current season's trials and selection process, and thereafter as required for accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping. You may request deletion of your data subject to these retention obligations (see Section 7).

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
